~DEPOSIT~

Weekly Rental - Deposit of $100.00 (non- refundable) is required at time of reservation.

Nightly Rental - Deposit of $100.00 (non-refundable) is required at time
of reservation.

The Deposit will hold your reservation and will be held as damage deposit during your stay.  It is refundable within a week of your departure.  It is not refunable if you cancel or do not show up.


Additional Deposit of $50.00 required for Dogs. (refundable w/in 1 week of check out)
