Quaint 2 BR, 1000 sq ft Fully Furnished Cottage.

Fully furnished cottage with all of the comforts of home. Just look at the pictures! Relaxing up north atmosphere, perfect for families looking for a real home away from home. Once you are here you won't want to leave.
 
This 1,000 square foot home was built in 1995. It has 2BR & 1BA. It sits on a 1/2acre partially wooded lot.

Short 1 1/2 Block walk to Log Lake & Log Lake (County) Park, Swimming, Fishing, and Playground. Walking distance to Twin Birch Golf Course (2 blocks) Real comfort and convenience - located just outside of the Village of Kalkaska. Near: Snowmobile trails - accessible at the end of the street ORV trails - accessible at the end of the street Golf Courses Many lakes - Public Access

There is also a child safety gate, a porta-crib, a high chair, and child safety covers on the outlets.

*There is no phone in the cottage.

Wood  and nails make a house,
